There is a reason you’re here.

You might feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand—whether that’s anxiety, past trauma, or your relationship with food. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I know how hard it can be to ask for help—because I’ve been there too. My own experiences with depression, trauma, and an eating disorder are what led me to this work. I understand what it feels like to sit in that space of uncertainty, and how powerful it is to finally feel seen, heard, and supported.
That’s the kind of space I strive to create for you.
My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be yourself, while also gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve been carrying and begin to create meaningful, lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.
You might benefit from working together if you’re:
• Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained
• Working through past trauma
• Struggling with an eating disorder or body image
• Noticing patterns you can’t seem to break
• Wanting to feel more connected to yourself and others
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches tailored to you, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—while creating real, sustainable shifts.
I offer sessions both in person and virtually.
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d love to support you.
