Hi, I’m Megan Templin.
Starting therapy can feel scary and exciting at the same time, but that is where I come in…I will make this experience feel relaxed and comfortable for you. I will meet you where you are at and we will build the relationship from there.
I am passionate about working with couples wanting to improve their relationships, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse and much more.
A personal fact about me is that I lost 130 pounds and have been working to find a new identify for myself. I know that a loss of identity can feel challenging, but together we can start figuring out how to build a more, confident you.
I have worked 7 years at the Department of Veteran Affairs, and 5 years in a hospice setting, and many more doing individual therapy.
I use treatment modalities to best serve each client. Common modalities I use are CBT, CPT, emotionally focused, person-centered, trauma focused, and structural family therapy.
I see clients virtually at this time.
