You can only hold it together for so long.

Therapist
I became a therapist because I’ve lived through many of the same struggles my clients face—anxiety, identity confusion, trauma, addiction, and years of not feeling at home in my own skin. I know what it’s like to question your worth, to hide parts of yourself, and to feel lost in your own story.
My own journey through recovery, mental health treatment, and embracing my sexuality shaped the way I sit with people: with honesty, compassion, and absolutely no judgment.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t break. Many are working through trauma, identity or sexuality, addiction, depression, or burnout.
Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to pretend here. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up.
I create a space where you can be fully yourself and explore what’s hurting, what’s missing, and what’s possible. Together, we make sense of patterns, build coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and support clients in exploring identity and living authentically.
You might feel like this fits if you’re:
• feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure who you are
• working through trauma, addiction, or past experiences that still feel present
• struggling with identity, sexuality, or self-acceptance
• feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break
• wanting a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment
When you’re ready, I’m here.
