Hi, I’m Andrew Saunders.

I’m Andy Saunders, a therapist who shows up as a real person first. I became a therapist because I’ve lived through many of the same struggles my clients face—anxiety, identity confusion, the weight of trauma, addiction, and years of not feeling at home in my own skin. I know what it’s like to question your worth, to hide parts of yourself, and to feel lost in your own story. My own journey through recovery, mental health treatment, and embracing my sexuality shaped the way I sit with people: with honesty, compassion, and absolutely no judgment.

Clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t break. Many are working through trauma, identity or sexuality, addiction, depression, or burnout. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to pretend or have it all figured out. You just have to show up.

I create a space where you can be fully yourself and explore what’s hurting, missing, or possible. Together we make sense of patterns, build coping skills, and move toward a grounded, meaningful life. I’m LGBTQ affirming and support clients exploring identity and living authentically. When you're ready, I'm here.
