If you’re honest, you’ve been carrying too much for too long—and it’s starting to show up in ways you can’t ignore.

Brittany Dugan, LSW Therapist

Something hasn’t been sitting right, and at some point, ignoring it just stopped working.

I know how hard it can be to open up, especially when you’ve been holding things together for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to do that here—where you can be honest, take a breath, and start to sort through what’s actually going on.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Sometimes it’s clear what’s wrong, and sometimes it’s just a feeling that something’s off. Either way, we can slow it down, make sense of it, and figure out what needs to shift.

I’m not here to overanalyze you or make things more complicated than they already feel. I’ll meet you where you are, be real with you, and help you notice the patterns that might be keeping you stuck—without judgment.

You might find this space helpful if you’ve been:
• going through the motions but not really feeling like yourself
• repeating the same patterns and not sure how to change them
• feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you
• trying to navigate a transition that feels bigger than you expected
• ready for something to feel different, even if you’re not sure what that looks like yet

I tailor therapy to you, using approaches that actually make sense for your life—not just what looks good on paper. We’ll focus on helping you understand yourself better and make changes that feel real and sustainable.

I offer sessions both in person and virtually.

If you’re ready to start figuring things out instead of just pushing through, I’d be glad to sit with you in it.
