You’re here, and something in you said it was time.

Therapist

Starting therapy is hard—even when you know how it works.

As a therapist myself, I still found it surprisingly difficult to take that first step. That experience changed the way I show up in this work. It deepened my respect for how vulnerable, overwhelming, and uncertain this process can feel.

So if you’re here and unsure… that makes sense.

I don’t believe in sitting across from you as the “expert” who has it all figured out. I believe in sitting with you—human to human—while we make sense of what you’re carrying.

Because therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about understanding you.

I show up with warmth, honesty, humor, and a deep respect for your story. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—never rushed, never forced.

I also have additional training in OCD and use exposure-based strategies when helpful, always in a way that feels collaborative and manageable—not overwhelming.

This might feel like a good fit if you’re:
• carrying more than anyone realizes
• stuck in patterns you can’t quite break
• dealing with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or constant mental loops
• in a season of grief, growth, or transition
• craving a space where you don’t have to perform, explain perfectly, or hold it all together

In our work, we’ll sit with the hard things—but we’ll also make space for clarity, relief, and moments that feel a little lighter than before.

You don’t have to come in ready. You just have to show up.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
