You’re here, and something in you said it was time.

Courtney Gwin, LCSW

Therapist

Even as a therapist, I was surprised by how hard it was to begin my own therapy. Despite understanding the process, I still struggled to take that first step—and it gave me a deeper appreciation for just how vulnerable and overwhelming this can feel.

If it’s hard for someone in this field, I can only imagine what it’s like stepping into it for the first time.

That’s why my approach is grounded in compassion and humility. I don’t sit above or apart—I walk alongside you.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space for you to explore, process, and make sense of both the mess and the magic of your life.

I show up with warmth, honesty, humor, and a deep respect for your individual path.

Whether you're grieving, growing, or just trying to make sense of where you are, I’m here for it.

You might feel like this fits if you’re:
• carrying more than you let people see
• feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of what you need
• grieving, growing, or in a season of change
• wanting to feel understood without having to explain everything perfectly
• needing a space that feels safe, steady, and real

We’ll work through the hard things together—and along the way, we may even find moments that feel lighter, more clear, or even unexpectedly beautiful.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
