But I will show up for you, help you tap into your inner strength, and explore what makes you you—through real conversations, reflection, and even creative outlets if that’s your thing. My vibe? I’m a trauma-informed therapist who’s all about helping you feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with art therapy, so you can express yourself in whatever way feels right. Whether we’re talking, drawing, painting, or just figuring things out together, I’ll meet you where you are.

I’ve worked with teens and adults (ages 11 and up) who are dealing with anxiety, depression, big emotions, grief, trauma, or major life changes. If any of that sounds familiar, therapy can help.
